Rental rates at Whispering Hills are based on the Affordable Housing Guidelines and Regulations. Rates shown here are approximate.
- There are no monthly maintenance fees.
- Utilities (water, sewer, gas and electricity) are billed separately, and usually cost approximately $200 per month.
